We specifically designed this program to teach moms how to protect their little ones, while increasing the odds for yourself. Think of it this way: professional life guards go to the aid of a person in distress, they are trained to protect themselves from being taken down. As the momma bear protector, you will have to fiercely engage and disrupt those who are trying to harm, or abduct your child. This means putting yourself in harm’s way!

Awaken your inner momma bear is an ongoing training program, it is not a traditional karate system. We have essentially distilled Karate down to the most fundamental concepts: Intercept, Disrupt and attack.
We focus on maintaining your balance, staying on your feet. The last place you want to be is on the ground! Second, we teach you how to use your hands to strike, escape and to create distance, third we teach you how to move and last, we put all this together.
