Coastal Virginia Karate (CoVA Karate) offers group self-defense workshops that are more than the typical self-defense classes offered by martial art schools and marketers of self-defense products. Our workshops give you techniques and drills you can easily memorize and train at home, either solo or with a partner.  For Corporations the workshops develop a spirt team work, esprite de corps, among your employees, and provides tools to help them stay safe.
